I don't know that this question can be answered without violating the NDA. I don't think Macromedia has publicly stated whether you will be able to run servlets or JSPs by way of CFMX. You're right that it will be available (in the basic configuration) with JRun as the embedded J2EE app server, as well as being offered eventually in a form to install on top of WebSphere and WebLogic. What's not clear is whether when you use that embedded version you'll be able to run your own servlets and JSPs. That would indeed make CFMX more than just a CF server but a full J2EE server as well. Do I need buy the full version of JRUN in order to run this application?
