Andrew, I don't know of any option to support a title on the left. There is of course the TITLE attribute, but that appears centered above the chart, or below the chart if the legend is above the chart.   This seems another one of the limitations that CFGRAPH had (being a restricted means of interfacing with the more powerful Generator tool that underlies it).
