I'm not too sure about this anymore. Apparently I read in PC Mag or another large magazine that some Web development firms are developing for IE. If it works in Netscape, it's an added bonus.
Personally, as long as the page looks somewhat decent onnetscape I leave it at that. I don't lose sleep if something doesn't work quite right in Netscape. Afterall ...
