[CFTALKTor] CFTOKEN VERY STRANGE

Hi,   I am building an application that is unable to recognize the CFTOKEN output on the first instance of it. However, it works locally on the test server but not in production. Are there any discrepancies or limitations that an ISP might impose on CFTOKEN.   Thanks for any help.   Erik
