Can you explain what you mean?  Do you want to know how to tell which files
have been uploaded via a form? The CFFILE statement one uses to place the
file on the server can place it in a particular directory, if that will help
distinguish them. In a Windows environment, I can't think of any "status
indicator" (or even file attribute) that's more distinctive.

Perhaps someone else recognizes what you're asking for.
