[CFTALKTor] Field Validation

Hello All,   My client requires validation on an input field.  They want the field to allow only numeric entries but the number cannot be more than 999999999.99.  I am using CFFORM.  Does anyone know how to limit the input to that value as a maximum?   Thanks   Mike
