I have run into the same hosting problem. Shared hosting presents many challenges, not the least of which is a stable environment with responsive support. I have evaluated over a period of 2 years and now finally moved all my clients to Trigger.net. (www.trigger.net). While their website is not terribly sophisticated, their hosting is well staged, their support is knowledgeable and responsive. It all has the personal touch. (I got tired of waiting for 24-48 hour response times whiled only speaking to first level support.). Performance (so far) is very good. They are responsive, support all tags, SSL etc. They are located in Mississauga, ON. Their prices start at $50. CDN / Month. -alan
