Yes I did. It was a UI issue. I think there is a natural flow to fill out a form and click a button at the bottom, which is what I did. Here it's a bit less intuitive because I need to return the top of the form once I'm done. Does the "Login" button need to appear on the pages? It seems to just go to "admin.cgi", which I imagine the administrators could remember or bookmark.
