[cgiapp] Perl Advent Calendar

I just noticed that CGI::Application is the module being showcased on 
the Perl Advent Calendar today.

For anyone who hasn't found this gem yet, you are definately missing 
out.  I already found a couple of new useful modules that I didn't know 
about this year with Template::Extract and Hook::LexWrap.  Definately 
worth your time...
