What modules implement these? It looks like tt stands for Template
Toolkit (or possibly Text::Template). How is this plugin different from
the one that Cees has posted? Sorry if I have missed this distinction in
the flurry of plugin postings over the past several weeks.
Seems like the plugin authors need to create a page on the wiki to identify these tools, the unofficially "registered" methods, and how to use them.

I would agree that a wiki page would be great, particularly since the plugins seem to be undergoing a flurry of development and aren't yet deemed stable enough for CPAN. However, this is asking more of already burdened authors, so it could be rather minimalist, as the goal would be to provide basic info in the time before the stuff makes it to cpan.
