I don't think CDBI users will have much need of the DBH plugin.
CDBI uses Ima::DBI which performs the same kind of functions,
and has even more features, as I recall.
If anything, I see the potential for pre-packaged sub-classes
in the future may load some set of plug-ins for you.
So you can choose between the "light" CGI::Application or a "heavy"
sub-class. Users can have it both ways.
