Actually I do read them. I have actually printed them all out and put them in a binder for easy reference. I was wondering about the book thing after I started reading the Template Toolkit book. I thought TT has one, Mason has one, and then I wondered if CA would have one. Which prompted the original question.
I do not know about a book, but all links to articles about the C::A that I ever found on the web I added to a wiki page:
