I'm not trying to be rude here, but wouldn't it be wiser to all just
discuss and post thoughts and opinions on this matter at
perlmonks.org? I believe a large group the list members go there
already and that way, we aren't just repeating the things that are
said over there.  Nor do the monks over there (who don't read this
list) miss any potentially wise thoughts from any of 'us'.
