I have posted a new release (0.2) of FlexMart to sourceforge.

Most improvements address packaging issues. However, there were two places where I broke encapsulation to make things work, which broke on fresh installs. These have been addressed. Please see CHANGELOG.txt for full list of changes.
Note: Previous installs will need their Apache config and FlexMart config files updated for changes made to FlexMart's directory structure.
