CGI::Application::Callbacks is a temporary module that implements the
callback mechanism that we have been talking about off and on for
about a year now.  The callbacks patch is going to be included in the
next version of CGI::Application, so I didn't want to polute CPAN by
uploading it.  If you want to play with it, it can be found here:
