(Please, read my previous message). Now I probably understand... You are using Windows and you installed the CGI::Application::ValidateRM PPM package, whose latest available version is 1.05, right? If so, install the latest CA::ValidateRM, or rather CAP::ValidateRM, version (respectively 1.12 and 1.22), via cpan (better) or by /manually/ downloading it from CPAN: they're pure-perl modules and will install under Windows without any problem.
