[cgiapp] Which ::ValidateRM to use?

I'm working on my first serious CGIApp.
I would like to use the ValidateRM module, but I'm not sure if I should use 
CGI::Application::ValidateRM or CGI::Application::Plugin::ValidateRM.  They 
seem very similar.
