It's a collective list of things people have bookmarked on del.icio.us
with the tag "cgiapp". You'll see there is also an RSS feed on the page
if you want to subscribe to the feed for the list.
If you want to contribute to the list, get a free del.icio.us account
and use the Firefox del.icio.us extension to make bookmarking pages this
way really easy.
