This release includes support for using an iterator to generate
each row of the data set rather than requiring the user to supply
a pregenerated list up front. It also includes a number of new
tests.
The code is unchanged from the previous developer release
(0.9_03). The only changes for the 1.00 release were in the
documentation and code formatting.
