Maybe I'm misinterpreting you here, but that seems overly critical of someone looking to expand the C::A market. Besides, there are lots of reasons to pay someone differently depending on their experience. Even though a senior and junior developer both deliver the same product in the same time period, it's more likely that the senior developer's product will be easier to maintain in the long run.
