After not hearing any strong objections to this as a plugin, I've just
uploaded CGI::Application::Plugin::TT::LastModified to CPAN.
It is (unfortunately) TT specific, as in order to get the "last
modification
time" it has to go digging into the TT object and figure out which
components
were used (and what their mtimes were).
I use TT almost exclusively so it isnt a big deal to me at all, but I
figured I'd suggest making C::A::P::LastModified and putting the TT specific
bits in C::A::P::LastModified::TT?
