Except it doesn't.
I thought, "Hey, I'll just send Mark a patch to remove this." I had an ancient
checkout of CGI::Application, and I did a pull and saw:

So, it's been 1.25yr since the last dev release -- in which time Class::MOP was
removed. Yay for smallness!
Mark -- what is blocking us from making a new dev release (or a new prod
release)?
