For those of you having installation problems with CGI::Application::Dispatch,
version 2.13 has just been uploaded to CPAN to address them.
Thanks to the bug reporters and Michael Peters who are responsible for the
code updates in this release.
This new release is also the last blocker for Jaldhar to start the packaging
process for getting Titanium into Debian. Thanks, Jaldhar!
