Incidently Richard, when you built the module, did you run the tests?
It is also a possibility that it is my tests which are flawed.
I think I'm having the same problem as mentioned in the ticket.
Tests fail for me.
I'll get back to you tomorrow with more details.
This is Windows Vista, MSVC 2008 Express and
perl 5.10 built from source.
