I moved house on Friday 17 th, and I've only a few minutes ago gotten
internet access at my new place, hence the delay in responding.

It's 4:30 pm here (Melbourne, Aust) now, so I'll look at this perhaps
today, and definitely tomorrow, and comment more then.
