I wonder if it's possible to manipulate the overall final output of a script of CGI::App. This question has been on my mind for a long time. (Did I or anyone ask here before?) I made data and templates with Traditional Chinese text encoding (big5, mostly used at HK and Taiwan). And I wrote a routine that would take the Tranditional Chinese text and convert it to Simplified Chinese (gb2312, used in Mainland China) I want to use this in my CGI::App script. Does CGI::App support something like this?
