Just played with Circle of Trust and think it would be essential to be able to say how grounded a trust assertion is. If I recently met somebody and this person seems as trustworthy as one can be my trust statement has another weight than the one towards a person I've been knowing for several year and thus believe to know quite exactly where the limit of their trustworthiness is.
