Sparkey only shows mutual matches. This means that, to see who likes you, you must also click 'Yes' on them. Note that you cannot revert your vote! This is important to prevent abusing by first YESing everyone to reveal who is interested and later reverting.
Your matches will appear under "Matches" menu. You have to review all pending dates (simply, that's a "match", when two persons' answers coincide). If even after that you don't see who your matches are, it's because you clicked "no" on them.
