When notifications is on, Compare People sends notifications to people I compare. When they "win" the comparison, this is stated in the notification. When they "lose", it's not. This way, anyone themselves using this app will know that I voted them as "worse"! Isn't this a pretty glaring flaw? Notes should ALWAYS just say I compared them, without further details.
Also, when is notes sent anyway? It seems random. I made like 50 compares and ten notes were sent.
