Clicking on the link in your Social News that says you've been kissed by someone will open a pop-up box where you can find three options to flirt with that person: you can send a challenge (ask someone a question from the predefined list or create a custom one, in order to find out more about that person), send a kiss or send a gift to the person who kissed/challenged you.
