You can check and read all your Smartmail messages (the replies and new ones) in the Smartmail inbox, at the top of the page, when app is loaded (one click on 'Smartmail' link in the top menu to open the inbox, and one to close it). You can either choose to contact people anonymously or publicly, as you wish.
