Hi Mikeal,
There were a number of i18n additions made to the current CATS tests
recently.
We need to make sure that this work is ported to the new framework.
Have you guys addressed this issue yet?

In order for us to move forward we need to merge our changes in.
Almost all of what we've done is a new tools/cats directory. In
addition we made changes to application/Utility.py and parcels/
framework/scripting/script.py to support the framework.
If anyone wants to look at our code it's in the test_framework branch.
