A recent commit to the Chandler repository serves as a good reminder for me to reiterate one of the rules for the OSAF source repositories that probably hasn't been mentioned since the Chandler source tree was first started and probably never been explicitly mentioned for Cosmo and Scooby.

Any file or directory must be named using only ASCII.

While many modern operating systems can handle Unicode files, files with non-ASCII names are a problem for some and can cause SVN errors or testing errors on those operating systems.
