In order to make it easier to get your Chandler configured after you
have started with a fresh repository, I have added a save/restore
settings feature to the Test menu. Test > Save Settings will record
all your sharing accounts plus a list of your currently subscribed/
published shares to a .ini file. Test > Restore Settings allows you
to load in a saved settings file, which will recreate the appropriate
accounts, and also resubscribe to whatever collections you were
previously sharing (regardless of what server they are on).
We could extend this to save email account settings, and/or turn this
into a framework that third-party parcels can hook into. But for
now, it just does the sharing-related settings.
