[Chandler-dev] latest i18n changes causing launcher oddities

With the latest changes that landed I wanted to warn people that the continuous builds will be unstable until all of the bits land from the full builds.

It was one of those changes that just had to be done all at one time so it will take a couple of cycles before the launchers are not bugged.
