I think all that Heikki's suggesting is to not have do_tests.sh run with
--stderr as the default and to not have the tinderboxes run with it
either. We are not talking about taking --stderr away as an option from
chandler. We could add it as an optional parameter to do_tests.sh so
you could run the tests with it if you wanted to, but with no changes
you could still do this by running the tests using RunChandler so it
doesn't seem necessary.

If we did this you couldn't debug the new talk-back dialog and stop
on asserts in the debugger. But maybe getting rid of another option
is worth it.
The purpose of --stderr is to output repository logger calls to
stderr. I don't think it's used for anything else.
I use it all the time.
Getting rid of command line options just for the sake of getting rid
of them is helping nobody. End-users don't use command line options.
Some developers do, others can safely ignore them.
