As of r11570 do_tests.sh no longer accepts the -N option and will just
run functional tests using the new CATS 0.2 test framework. Since we
are planning on removing the old tests from the SVN tree it did not seem
worthwhile to add an option for running them.
Using a -N will now cause an illegal option error if used. My apologies
for any inconvenience this causes.
