Hi,
Thanks for doing this Heikki. It's great to see real data coming from
users (reminder dogfooders: turn "Test/Start Logging..." on for the
other user data gathering part... :) Thanks! )

We have 14 tracebacks that have happened at least two times, the top

actually include the same traceback several times). The three most often
reported tracebacks all happened during OnIdle. I haven't yet filed bugs
on these issues (need to search bugzilla first etc.)
That's the scary part with that system: feeding the Bugzilla beast in a
way that is smart (avoid dupes and repeat of old issues) and as complete
as possible without flooding the system. Ideally, we'll need to do this
automatically but I think we'll need a human gatekeeper (Bug Council?)
no matter what so we avoid the "cry wolf" phenomena. Do you have "best
practices" stories from your time at Mozilla?
You can see the results here:

This is currently all manual, but once we have some ideas what kind of
data is useful to us we can automate the most frequent stuff.
This is really interesting. Automating the stats though will be easier
(as in "less controversial") than the here above mentioned Bugzilla
automation.
Cheers,
