This list is the right place to send this, it's definitely about Chandler.

Some versions of Oracle Calendar support CalDAV, and we have tested
Chandler with Oracle Calendar at CalConnect events.  Oracle's CalDAV
implementation has some (perfectly legal according to the spec)
restrictions on calendar collections that prevent some Chandler features
from working, but pure event sharing should work.
