Hi,
We often have to ask users to email us a tar of their repository so that
we can repro the bugs they experience. Right now, we have only one
server (paniolo) for exchanging those and it's not public. Putting
together such a public server presents multiple challenges and we're
working on those (see bug 7139) but it'll take time.
In the meantime, you can simply use this free service:

It's extremely simple to use for whoever is outside OSAF, free and
pretty spiffy. I had to use it recently and was able to send 30MB files
with no problem.
I thought it could come handy for those of us dealing with Chandler
users (a big thank you to them for logging bugs BTW... :) )
