As soon as we hit zero blocker bugs bear will build the first release
candidate (RC) for testing. Once the RC is available, bear will publish
a URL from which it can be downloaded.

It will take about 2 days for QA to run the tests on the builds. If the
tests don't pass, we'll fix the issues, spin a new RC and test again,
repeating until we have a good build. At that point the latest RC
becomes the actual 0.7alpha4 release.

Please note that to build a release candidate there must be no checkins
pending, even for documentation like readme or the welcome note.

Testing by other people besides QA is also very welcome. The more use
the RC bits get, the more confident we can be that they are worthy of a
release.

The websites will also need changes. Now would be a good time to write
the changes up so that they will be ready to go live at a moment's
notice. We should have the websites ready to go on Monday in case we get
lucky with the first RC.
