We haven't done this in a while, but alpha4 has been a big enough
milestone that it would be useful to sit back and reflect on how things
are going. (And yes, we're not all wrapped up yet, but many are moving
on to alpha5).
Whoville, 2:15 pm Tuesday Nov 14
We'll structure the session by asking these questions:
- What should we be doing "more of"?
- What should we be doing "less of"?
- What should we do the "same as"?
The idea is to phrase feedback about the project in a constructive way.
A short list of topics to seed the discussion:
* Planning and specs
* Design sessions
* Release process and bug councils
* Chandler-dev list
* Development projects
* Testing and the automated test framework
If you won't be at the meeting feel free to send your take on the above
questions to chandler-dev (or to me directly).

This session is intended for all working day-to-day on Chandler,
including PPD, QA and Build/Release teams. I believe the Cosmo team will
have separate discussions about the Cosmo project, and are welcome to
participate in this session.
Cheers,
Katie
