It's strange, I updated to Brian's r12591, which the tinderbox was
green with early this afternoon, but I keep getting functional test
failures for TestNewMail, with the dialog coming up asking if I want
to set up a mail account. I rm'ed the whole chandler dir and re-
checked out, but no luck, still the same problem.
This is under Windows XP running in Parallels on a Mac Pro.
Do I need to set up the Windows environment to produce a proper fully-
qualified domain name or something to pass the mail test?
