To make it possible to resolve conflicts on triageStatus and
triageStatusChanged atomically, we're proposing we combine the two
EIM fields into one, called triageStatus. Its value would be a string
consisting of a number representing the status, a space, and a unix
timestamp.
For the status values let use the following numbers:
"now" = 100
"later" = 200
"done" = 300
