[Chandler-dev] Vista before Preview

What's the current plan for whether Vista builds of the Chandler desktop 
will be built, distributed, and supported by Preview?  Do we need 
separate Vista builds or do the Windows XP builds work?

Just looking for the plan of record.  The answer feeds into planning for 
total disk space consumption of builds, etc.
