Per a request from Ted I added a new command to the IRC bot "soup"

mark [channel] [start time] [end time]

This command causes the bot to return a URL that points to the IRC logs for either the given channel name or the channel your in (well - cosmo or chandler)

Some examples -- assuming channel Chandler and current time is 1550:

~mark
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/script/getIrcTranscript.cgi? channel=chandler&startTime=1550&endTime=1550

~mark cosmo
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/script/getIrcTranscript.cgi? channel=cosmo&startTime=1550&endTime=1550

~mark 1600
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/script/getIrcTranscript.cgi? channel=chandler&startTime=1600&endTime=1700 here the bot used the time given as the start time and added an hour to caculate the end time

~mark 930
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/script/getIrcTranscript.cgi? channel=chandler&startTime=0930&endTime=1030

~mark 1700 cosmo 11:30pm
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/script/getIrcTranscript.cgi? channel=chandler&startTime=1700&endTime=2330
(now the bot is just showing off)

any glitches or goofs found please let me know.

enjoy!
