Yes, we used TestRunner, the precursor to Litmus and found it rather hard to manage and keep up. It didn't exactly have the most user- friendly UI to navigate either. So eventually when we moved to the new bugzilla version we abandoned it.
I have seen the Litmus setup on Mozila's site a while ago.
A few releases back Heikki and I had also discussed setting one up within OSAF. We should definitely target it post-preview when we will expect most external users/traffic to show up.

Litmus on the other hand is pretty streamlined, even to the casual user who wants to run a test or two out of interest. So yes, I would be very
much in favor of getting Litmus running at OSAF soon after Preview.
