Thanks for the feedback. The tricky bit on this feature is that we'd
need to implement dynamically populating menus (to get the list of
collections an item can be moved to).
Philippe also pointed out that the menu items can compensate for drag
and drop problems (which we see in some cases).
We're currently counting this as not-in-preview, but tracking in Bug 8671.
