Here's the notes of our 1pm meeting on Chandler Feature Complete
milestone status:
Outstanding bugs:

* 6553 (capps): Committed code this morning, will mark fix as soon as
the TBox cycles green
* 7766 (rae and robin): Checked a fix in the wx repo, waiting for Reid
to call the new code in Chandler and test then we'll make a tarball. We
decided during the meeting not to wait for the Chandler code change to
roll a new wx tarball so that we can test Reid's fix as soon as it
becomes available. This whole process will take 1/2 day so it's delaying
FC till Monday morning.
* 8145 (heikki): Proposed solution didn't work, is trying another
approach to solve the issue. This needs to be fixed or encrypted
passwords and Dump & Reload will be incompatible features. Heikki to try
a couple of other ideas between now and Monday morning.
Decision on the FC Status:

* We're down to 2 tasks (7766 and 8145)
* Since both seem to be on the verge of getting fixed, we decided to
wait till Monday morning before declaring FC reached
* In the meantime, no one is blocked (we're not branching and we're not
changing radically the processes) and is free to switch to the
Performance Tweaking phase
