[Chandler-dev] Util ok, okCancel, yesNo, yesNoCancel are gone

Hi:

I recently replace all reference of ok, okCancel, yesNo, yesNoCancel  
with wx.MessageBox since wx.MessageBox has equivalent functionality  
and a slightly simpler and more powerful API.

So in the future, use wx.MessageBox  instead of the Util methods.
